About
Gregory Inzinna, PsyD
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and the founder and Training Director of Inzinna Therapy Group. My clinical focus is men, fathers, adolescent boys and young adults, and the combination of emotional healing and personal development that brings many of them in.

Background
I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Long Island University and completed postdoctoral training at the Parnes Clinic at Yeshiva University's Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, where I later served as Assistant Director. I have taught graduate psychology courses and trained and supervised graduate clinicians, and I continue to lead clinical training at the practice I founded.
My DBT background includes extensive clinical experience, five years in Dr. Jill Rathus's research lab, and doctoral research on teaching clinicians DBT skills for adolescents. Dr. Rathus co-developed the adolescent adaptation of DBT.
My work with young people includes psychotherapy and executive functioning support at The Quad Preparatory School and a school-based internship involving individual, family and group therapy with high school students. Before and during graduate school I tutored students for the SAT and ACT, taught first-year college students, worked as a resident assistant, and was a head swim coach and camp pool director. Those roles gave me a close view of the demands of school, college and growing independence.
How I practice
I keep a small caseload and see each patient personally, at the same standing time each week. That lets me give each person careful attention and continuity.

My private practice is a separate, private-pay service that I provide personally. If you are looking for weekday, virtual or in-network care, the group practice is a good place to start.
